Photographers tend to lead isolated lives. They go out into the field alone, shoot, put images onto a computer, and continue to work in an isolated way. As we look at successful photographers, one of the things that pops out is the importance of partnerships in their lives. Almost all of the photographers who have done well have established support systems where they turn for feedback, input, artistic and general life support. Feedback is critical to maturation. Every successful photographer will tell you this.
