Dark Souls III - Detailed instructions for Pale Shade Londor set with boss summon

NOTE: If you need Blackhand Gotthard's gesture: Summon him, get his gesture, then send him back with the black crystal. He'll leave the game. You can now summon Pale Shade for the fight and also have Blackhand Gotthard's gesture. He can also be summoned the same way and sent home at the Abyss Watchers fight as his summon sign is on the steps leading to the boss.
