This video will show you how to perform the equivalent of a "drain and fill" on a 2010 Ford Mustang with 70k miles that does not have a drain plug and a long ATF dip stick tube.  You can pull out approximately 3.5 quarts.   The fill port plug (with an attached mini dip stick) sits on the upper right hand (passenger side) corner of the transmission oil pan.  The plug is recessed into the transmission fill port hole and locked in place with a long headed hex bolt.  Since there's no drain plug on the bottom of the ATF oil pan, I use a 2 gallon suction pump device to pull the ATF out of the pan.  To add new ATF to the pan, I use a portable 12v long tubed electric fluid pump machine to inject the ATF.
