To boil Barley:
1 cup overnight soaked barley
2 cup water
Half tsp salt

Ingredients sufficient for 2-3people:

 1 tbsp ghee
 1 tsp mustard seeds
 3 green chillies
 1 tbsp grated ginger
 8-10 cashews
 1 cup chopped onion
 1/4 cup corn
 1/4 cup green bell pepper
 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
 1/4 cup tomato
 Half tsp salt
 Half tsp coriander powder
 Half tsp garam masala powder
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 Fresh chopped coriander leaves to garnish
