Evening at Sugar Land, TX 7/29/24 w/ CPKC 9375

In the evening of 7/29/24, I went trackside in Sugar Land attempting to catch Amtrak #1 since it supposedly had a Phase VII P42 leading, but it was delayed, so I failed to catch it.
