Are Clipless Pedals Faster Than Flat Pedals? │ I Don't Believe the Results

I'm tired of people telling
I'm tired of people telling me that there's no difference between clipless and flat cycling pedals. I mean... clipless has to be faster right? You're locked into your pedal and you should generate power from your full pedal stroke rather than just the down stroke. Well, I decided to test my theory. The results? Well, you have to watch to find out, but I still can't believe my findings.
Also, I'm fully aware this is pseudo-science and there are several limitations to my test. I try to address those issues in the video, so best to watch the whole thing. Plus, some sweet riding clips during the test. But for those of you with short attention spans, see below:
