How figure drawing from imagination made me a better artist

Do you feel annoyed that you can't draw the figure from imagination? If you want to become a better artist and learn what skills you need in order to draw the figure from imagination, then this video is for you.
You'll see me go through 2 different poses that I came up with out of my head, and as I draw I'll explain to you how I'm arriving at my results. There's even a 5-point checklist of skills to master/steps to follow when drawing the figure without a model or reference image in front of you.
I hope it'll show you what you want to focus your drawing studies on so you can draw people and characters from imagination, too.
Materials I use in this video: 4B Wollf's Carbon Pencil on smooth Newsprint, sample drawings in the beginning are drawn in Prismacolor Col-Erase pencils
Assignment: Go through the process and try to pinpoint which stage of the process you get lost in. Do a happy dance because you now know what to focus in on next.
