Giant Centipede Monster Attacking my Minds Eye (OCD?)

Strangely when getting ready to go out on this morning, I vividly felt and saw in my minds eye a giant centipede type monster attack me repeatedly and torment me. I am not sure if this was partially from lack of sleep, O.C.D. (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Anxiety, or Asperger's (a neurological disorder on the Autism Spectrum), or some unknown reason, but I do know that it terrified me to tears. I am smiling while telling the story because I am looking back on it and seeing it as humorous as a coping mechanism. I hope that you all enjoy this story and that my traumatic fears can become your entertainment.
