Kiyosumi Shirakawa is a town on the opposite bank of the Sumida River, not far from Tokyo Station and the Nihonbashi area. In the cityscape with many temples where the remnants of Fukagawa remain, prewar architecture, the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, etc. It is said that it is a fashionable town where artists gather, dotted with galleries and cafes. The fact that the warehouse district over the river is reborn as a high-class town is reminiscent of Brooklyn in New York, and is called "Brooklyn in Tokyo" or not.
