In this Learn Tai Chi at Home lesson I'm introducing "High, Middle and Low" levels - the three levels of your form. Most of the form will be at Middle level - like you Brush Knee and Crane Spreads Wings. High Pat on Horse (today's Move) is a Tai Chi movement that rises up slightly from the height of most of the Yang style long form. Later we'll learn the Snake - our Low level move. But today is Day 31 of 100 Days of Tai Chi, and our movement is High Level. ;-) Enjoy!
