Building a Shishi-odoshi (Japanese deer scarer)

Just a quick video showing how I built a simple shishi-odoshi (Japanese deer scarer) for my solar powered pond and stream system. The water for the shishi-odoshi is being pumped by a small solar powered fountain pump (https://amzn.to/3DfwhMC- Amazon affiliate link)connected to some 6mm vinyl tubing.
