HOW TO COOK BREADED FISH FILLET?/JJ Barredo

BREADED FISH FILLET
Ingredients;
500g fish fillet (sliced)
2cups bread crumbs
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black/white pepper
1 egg
Procedure;
1. Sliced the fish fillet into 1/2 inch thick.
2. Mix the fish fillet with egg, salt ang ground black pepper. Marinate for 15 mins.
3. Coat the marinated fish fillet with bread crumbs evenly.
4. Put generously vegetable oil in preheated pan. Pan fry the coated fish fillet until golden brown.
5.  Serve together with hot sauce. Enjoy cooking.
