One of the most common questions I'm asked in the comments is how I find such good players when managing in non-league on FM24. In this video I take you through an the start of the first transfer window with National League South side St Albans on Football Manager 2024 to show you how I find players, how I scout them, and how I manage the finances to make sure I can afford them!
