Why a Scary Blood Test Changed Everything For Me

In May 2024, my doctor reviewed my bloodwork at a routine checkup. He was concerned and gave it all to me straight. I left that day knowing I had high LDL cholesterol, high blood sugar, and terrible hydration habits. And I was pretty dang sure I knew why.

From the moment I left the office, I vowed to live healthier—not just for my own sake but to set a good example for my kids and for the many people who watch my content.
