The Unbelievable Reality Show For Kids

Kid Nation. The most highly requested video topic I've ever had (other than a Batman TV show sequel). I totally get why, this show is wild. 40 kids being left in an abandoned desert town with no adults? What's not to love? The show was basically Survivor for kids. And they did not go easy on these children, let me tell you what. I think overall, the show is super entertaining to watch. But... was it a good idea? Let's take a look at Kid Nation.

Omg and I just found a Reddit AMA that Michael (the kid who won the gold star) did and here's what he said about the star:
Q: Did they actually give you star made of two pounds of gold, or did they just give you a check for the value?
A: I had a choice to get a check or a real gold star. I went with the check, simply because I don't know where you sell 2 pounds of gold... Cash4Gold maybe?

So they actually were gonna make them sell the gold hahaha that's so funny to me. I love it.
