To understand better, make sure to watch this first Chara vs Buddy (Undertale x LISA Collab)
INTERLOPERS 0.0
This is an upcoming story directed by Strelok, who has provided this video as part of this channel's crew. This has nothing to do with the actual Glitchtale series though, while Betty appears in this story, it is a completely separate thing, I'm still not into Aus, this is all Strelok's project, this channel is only a platform for it.
Here is a summary of the plot. After the events of Chara vs Buddy, the two of them join forces to hunt down the one who beat them both, Kiwi, and thus they embark on this journey that will take them across the multiverse. What happens through out though, you'll have to wait and see; this is only a glimpse of what's to come.
This series will mostly be told through a comic though, as animating it all could prove too ambitious, only certain special moments and the battles would be animated. There'll be a link here when the first page comes out, and further videos will be posted on this channel or the other 2 alternates depending on where thy may fit.

-The beak mask guy with a staff is called Jim Sterling, he was papyrus' stalker. It was confirmed canon by Toby Fox himself The Joykilling Culture Of 'AAA' Games...
-The eyepatch Buddy wears later on is Undyne's; a left over from the genocide battle.
-Near the end, their eyes change completely, as they cross into a new reality where everyone has full eyes instead of dots.
