Ingredients:

warm milk 2 cups (500ml)
sugar 3 1/2 tbsp (50 grams)
Instant yeast 1 tbsp ( 10 grams) I wrote on the video 1 tsp. 1 tbsp is correct not 1 tsp.

egg 1 whole  large ( 50 grams)
eggwhite 1 large ( 33 grams)
oil 1/4 cup ( 50 grams)
vinegar 3/4  tbsp  (not full)
all purpose flour 5 cups (660 grams) + extra for dusting.
salt 1 tsp

Butter 1 cup (226 grams) from the fridge or frozen. You can add more butter for extra buttery taste. up to 300 grams.

Coating: *melted chocolate ( optional)
               * powder sugar

Filling: Use your favorite filling. jam's, chocolate  or cheese.

Baking time: 18 to 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Oven temp: 180°c
