ingridients:
1/2 kl.chicken breast
1 green bell pepper med.size
1 red bell pepper meduim size
1 pc.onion med.size
1 small can pineapple chunks
black pepper
oil for frying

for the coating:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 pc.beaten egg
1 tbsp.oil
1/2tsp.salt
1 cup water

for the sauce:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1tbsp.soy sauce
1tbsp.vinegar
1/4 cup tomato catsup
1/4 cup sugar

for the thickening:
2 tbsp.corn starch
3 tbsp.water
