How to make Blackened Catfish
Prep Time 30 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes

INGREDIENTS
2 Catfish Fillets
Marinade for fish (30 minutes)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh garlic clove
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon liquid smoke
4 teaspoon cornstarch
Cover the fish with my Cajun Seasonings
1/2 package Stevia sugar
1/3 cup oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Mix well. Now cover the fish with the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place a skillet on the stove. Add 1/3 cup of oil to fry the fish.
Fry the fish on medium-high heat on one side for 8 minutes or until golden brown, then turn over the fish. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
