Woodturning : An Interesting Technique with Resin and Segmented Wood

A very interesting result obtained with epoxy resin and segmented wood.
For this project I use sapele wood and white ash glued with cyanoacrylate. The epoxy resin is colored to obtain a pearly blue effect.
The finish is provided by an enriched abrasive paste and then carnauba wax.

Un résultat très intéressant obtenu avec de la résine époxy et du bois segmenté.
Pour ce projet, j'utilise du bois de sapelli et du frêne blanc collés au cyanoacrylate. La résine époxy est colorée pour obtenir un effet bleu nacré.
La finition est assurée par une pâte abrasive enrichie puis de la cire de carnauba.
