Ingredients :  for 5 servings

Boneless mutton : 150 grams
Broad Beans (Sem Ki Phalli) : 500 grams
Potatoes (medium size) : 2
Baby Fenugreek Leaves: 2 bunches
Onion (chopped) : 1
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder: 2 ½ teaspoon
Turmeric Powder : ½ teaspoon
Salt : 1 ½ teaspoon
Cooking Oil : 2 tablespoons
Coriander (chopped) : 1 bunch
Whole Green Chillies: 4

Procedure:

1. In a pressure cooker, add mutton pieces, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,  cooking oil, one cup of water. Mix well and close the lid. Pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.

2. Take out the lid and stir till the gravy gets dry and the oil separates. Add broad beans or sem ki phalli, split and chopped. Add baby fenugreek leaves. Mix well and close the lid.

3. Cook on low flame for about 5 to 10 minutes. Add medium size pieces of potatoes. Stir for about 3 minutes, add 1 cup of water and mix well.

4. Close the lid and pressure cook for about 3 to 4 whistles, till the potatoes get tender.

5. Add chopped coriander and whole green chillies. Be careful while stirring to avoid breaking of potatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Sem Ki Phalli Aalu ghosht is ready. Serve with Hyderabadi Bagara Khana and Kaddu Ka dalcha.
