Ingredients:
For the chocolate brownie cake:
- 2¼ sticks butter
- 2½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 6 oz white chocolate chips, melted (for the filling)
For the mango cream filling:
- 3 honey mangoes
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
For the white chocolate raspberry plate:
- 11 oz white chocolate chips, tempered
- 8 oz raspberries
For the cheesecake cream:
- 1⅓ cups cream cheese
- 1⅓ cups Greek yogurt
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1⅔ cups heavy cream, cold
For the topping:
- 8 oz raspberries
- cheesecake cream
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- fresh mint
