It's official... Joe Flacco is QB2 for the Cleveland Browns and will get the start over PJ Walker if DTR doesn't clear concussion protocol in time.

PJ Walker turned the ball over twice in his limited time against Denver, and those crucial mistakes were too much to overcome, which is why Flacco is getting the nod now instead. Flacco was signed just a 2 weeks ago after the team lost Deshaun Watson for the season.
