Recipe:
250 g Makaron
250 g of any minced
1 Lukovitsa
1 carrot
1 eggplant
2 zucchini.
2 tomatoes
2 sweet peppers
250 ml 10% cream
100 g cheese
1 egg
olive oil
Greens Parsushki
salt
pepper
Pasta is welded in salted water until half-welded, lean on a colander, rinse with cold water and give it a drain. Tomatoes omit for a few seconds in boiling water and remove the skin. Onions, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes and peppers cut into small cubes. Carrot and cheese grate on a coarse grater. Green parsley chop. All vegetables fry on olive oil, mix with minced meat, salt, pepper and bring until readiness.
Beat egg with cream and mix with part of the cheese rate. Mix the resulting sauce thoroughly and put it in the form. On top of it, put half pasta, then most of the minced meat with vegetables, crushed greens, then - the remaining pasta and mince.
Pour the remaining sauce in the form, sprinkle with cheese and cover the shape of the foil.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C of about 40 minutes.
