On the morning of December
On the morning of December 7,2021 the Bald Eagle II trawler ran aground and the 4 crew members were rescued. The Outer Banks of North Carolina is known as The Graveyard Of The Atlantic. Many ships have sunk along this coast.
This video follows the efforts made to free this vessel before it was claimed by the sea. You will get to see step by step from lifeguards jumping waves to carry the bowline out to another trawler to excavators digging through the night. Finally, you will watch as it is pulled away to Norfolk Virginia.
