Perfect 🙌 oven-roasted turkey thighs ~ So Easy

Ingredients -
- 2 LB Turkey thighs (each ~ 1 LB)
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp BBQ / poultry rub
- 1 tsp cilantro, fresh chopped, optional topping

Quick look at the recipe -

1. Season turkey thighs and add them to a roasting pan.

2. Cook turkey thighs in the oven for ~ 45 min at 350 ‘ F.

3. Broil on high for crispy skin (done at 175 ‘ F internal temp).

4. Rest + enjoy.
