350 gr dada ayam | 350 gr of breast chicken
tusuk sate | skewers

marinasi | marinate
4 siung bawang putih | 4 cloves garlic
1 sdt kecap asin | 1 tsp of soy sauce
1 sdt kecap ikan | 1 tsp of fish sauce
1/2 sdt bubuk kaldu | 1/2 tsp of stock powder
1/4 sdt lada | 1/4 tsp of pepper
1 sdm margarin | 1 tbsp of margarine
