These chicken cutlets are very famous in kerala and whenever I visit kerala I always get some of these cutlets to enjoy. In this recipe first we are going to mince the chicken and then season and cook.I have added the chicken minced directly to the onion masala mixture,you can also cook the chicken pieces separately and then shred the chicken.Then to make crispy cutlets we are going to coat it with bread crumbs.
Here I have shallow fried the chicken cutlets, you can also deep fry them to get even more crispy cutlets.
