How to film Star Wars Miniatures like the Mandalorian

I dont think it gets better than this...-~-
This is a behind the Scenes of How i filmed Star Wars Miniatures at Home, including the Animation Process in After Effects, and preparing the File beforehand in Resolve. It also includes Rotobrushing 2 in After Effects, and i am pretty sure you can learn quite a lot of techniques with this video, its the same work as they did in the mandalorian.

I used the Pocket 4K as my main Cam, a 1,35mx3m Blue Screen, 2 Godox SL-60w as Keylights, 2 small LEDs as Fills, After Effects for Keying and Animation, Davinci Resolve for Cutting, Grading and the Sound, Miniatures are The Bandai Star Destroyer, Luke Skywalker retro X-wing from Kenner, Tie-Fighter from the Power of the FORCE II Collection from 1996, and some more small Props.
