Roller Skating C Turn - Roller Skating Transition Forwards to Backwards and Backwards To Forwards.

Hi Skaters, I've had lots of questions about this one as it's quite often confused with the C Step.  Unfortunately, just to add confusion, I think some ice skaters do call this a C-Step, but us roller skaters already have a C Step!
