3.5 cups flour
1 egg
1 glass of water
1.5 teaspoons of salt

Inner material:
300 gr. mince
1 onion
Salt, pepper, red pepper
To cook manti:
Hot water, salt
For sauce;
Yoghurt
Butter
Red pepper
☑️Water glass size is 200 ml
Mantı will be boiled in hot water until soft, pour the sauce and serve.
