I decided to pull this apart.  It hasn't worked for a long time, barely used.  Tried multiple times to "wake it up" but to no avail.  No sign of life (no LEDs), nothing.

So, it's fair game to be pulled apart.

First thing - it seems the 240VAC-to-5VDC is working (measured at 4.8V).  There's a bunch of header (not 2.54mm spaced) and jumper (2.54mm spaced) holes, plus loads of testpoints (obviously).

I went into this cold, not knowing what to expect.  Now that I've got it apart and can see what's inside, I might dig around online a bit more because this would've been pulled apart before, and maybe even hacked a little?

Looks to have a Texas Instruments CC3200 "ARM-based wireless MCU" and a Winbond W25Q64JV 64M-bit flash memory.
