Ingredients :

Khandsari Sugar 1 Cup
Unsalted Butter - 200 gms
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Whole Wheat Flour - 2+1/4 Cups
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 4 tbsp
Cranberries - 2 tbsp
Beetroot Powder - 1 tbsp
Chopped Pista - 2 tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
Chopped Almonds - 2 tbsp

Preheat the oven at 160° for 10 mins
Bake all the cookies at 160° for 15 - 17 mins
