1 ibu jari jahe (1 tbsp of ginger)
1 ibu jari lengkuas (1 tbsp of galangal)
2 sdm lada bubuk (2 tbsp of ground pepper)
1/2 sdt garam (1/2 tsp of salt)
5 sdm minyak (5 tbsp of oil)

#bumbudasarmerah (red curry spice set)
200 gr cabai (8 oz of chili)
100 gr bawang putih (4 oz of garlic)
50 gr bawang merah (2 oz of shallot)
1/2 sdt garam (1/2 tsp of salt)
5 sdm minyak (5 tbsp of oil)

#bumbudasarkuning (yellow curry spice set)
3 jari kunyit (5 tbsp of turmeric)
1 ibu jari jahe (1 tbsp of ginger)
3 ibu jari lengkuas (3 tbsp of galangal)
50 gr kunyit (2 oz of turmeric powder)
50 gr bawang merah (2 oz of shallot)
1/2 bh bawang holand (half an onion)
100 gr bawang putih (4 oz of garlic)
50 gr kemiri (2 oz of candlenut)
2 sdm lada (2 tbsp of pepper)
2 sdm ketumbar (2 tbsp of coriander)
