The UK has a duty to give sanctuary to more unaccompanied child refugees from across Europe, singer and activist Billy Bragg tells BBC One's Question Time. The decision to take only 350 children illustrates the general "coarsening" of political debate, he says, and politicians need to reflect on what kind of country the UK wants to be.
