Canon 85mm f/1.2 USM ii 'L' lens review with samples (full-frame and APS-C)

So, can this lens live up to its mighty reputation or will...nah, it lives up to its mighty reputation. This and the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 are my favourite lenses I've ever tested. But there are lots of interesting things to know and find out about the Canon 85mm f/1.2 USM ii 'L' lens...especially if you need to figure out whether or not it's really worth £1,500.
