SBS Transit,51 Years and Beyond ✨

1 July 1973,they day and year where our known operator,SBS was first formed.

Merging from 3 operators,SBS was to aim for a better bus system in our island of Singapore.They are the ones who introduced our Double Deckers(nickname,Super Bus),the Aircon buses and even the low floor buses(step free).

They were originally in full red until 2003 when the rebrand from SBS/Super Bus into SBS Transit (as North East Line and the SKPGL LRT lines were introduced),which made into the PTO we know.

As someone who grew up it(together with SMRT), SBST became one of the two operators I trusted aswell, being the Second Favorite operator after SMRT.

Grew up with buses like that CDGE,VSO(B10TL),B10BLE & B10M's,SBS Transit did infact, became a part of my childhood too and was oftenly used during Secondary school.

As SBS Transit turns 51 Years this year,I do hope they will be here for us as long as the can together with SMRT Buses/Trains :)
