Variety of plants grow on Earth. Some plants are so tiny that people can hardly see them. Others are trees that grow very tall . Although they all mostly have the same parts and the same functions; they appear unique with different types of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds etc.

Based on the characteristics like height, tenderness of stem, branches etc plants are classified into 3 Catagories - Herbs , Shrubs & Trees. In addition to these three categories of plants, there are two more types which need some support to grow. They are specifically called creepers and climbers .
