Nigerian forces swept in last
Nigerian forces swept in last year and retook a series of towns overrun by Boko Haram in northeastern Adamawa State, but they did not fight alone. Local vigilantes joined in with makeshift weapons and helped the soldiers retake their hometowns. VOA’s Chris Stein reports from Gombe, Nigeria.
