Alternatives for animal testing | WUR

Wageningen University & Research (WUR) develops a wide range of alternative methods and models to be used in research on the health, safety and digestibility of foods. Computer models are used to predict the effects of different components in foodstuffs. Laboratory models are used to simulate the digestive processes of nutrition in the mouth, stomach and intestines.
