Two men, Qasim and Samiuddin,
Two men, Qasim and Samiuddin, were beaten up by a mob in Uttar Pradesh's Hapur over alleged suspicion of cow slaughter. While Qasim succumbed to injuries, Samiuddin was critically injured. The UP Police, however, insists that the matter sprouted from a road accident.
