Mentaiko is spicy fish roe.
I bought this giant mentaiko at Costco ✨
Grilled mentaiko is only grilled on the surface and the inside is rare.
It was fun to get a feel for the chewy texture of the mentaiko grains when grilling.
I might like it a little better grilled ♡
The raw mentaiko felt especially spicy✨
It was spicy enough to whet your appetite.
We also have dice spam and potato salad♪
I tried Dice Spam because I like Dice Steak.
The cube shape is cute💓
It was delicious because there were a lot of grilled eyes 👍
