So whether the miscarriages are common in first trimester of pregnancy or not. Usually we called miscarriages or pregnancy losses in the first 5th month of the pregnancies. If somebody losses the baby in initial 5 month of the pregnancy then it is called as miscarriage. Usually the miscarriages are very common in the first 3 months of the pregnancies and their incidents are normally 10% to 20% and out of this 80% of miscarriages occurs in the first 3 months of the pregnancies.
