A partial playthrough of "Aviation Adventure" by Knowledge Adventure.
An edutainment game designed to teach kids about the history of flight, and how planes work.
This is a game I played a lot growing up, but revisiting it as an adult, it's a bit rough. The facts are presented in such a dry, matter-of-fact way that it often feels more like a lecture than a video game. That said, the music is excellent, and the included mini-game (a demo of Glider 4.0) is a lot of fun.
The game also comes with a 3D flight simulator called "F4U Secret Sortie". I couldn't get a hang of the controls, so I struggled to get the plane past the runway. I wound up cutting that section from the video.
