For the crust:
200 g of caramel biscuits
70 g of melted butter
For the cheesecake:
480 g of full-fat cream cheese
250 g of skim quark
130 g of sugar
140 g of caramel spread
1 tsp of vanilla extract
4 eggs (medium sized)
20 g of starch
🔥 160 ° C top and bottom heat
🕖 45 minutes, let it sit in the baking oven for 20 additional minutes after turning it off with the door cracked open
❄️ chill for at least 3 hours
For the glaze and decoration:
200 g of gingerbead spread
5 caramel biscuits
Nutritional value per serving:
