Underpainting Techniques for Pastel Painting

This was just a quick little painting I did using the prepared pastel surface I like to make along with Colourfix Primer to create a value underpainting.  I also used some acrylic ink to get more darks before starting with the soft pastels.

Not a lot of commentary in this one, but I just thought I'd share the process.  Happy Painting!
