Sedona, Arizona - Snow in Sedona on the Red Rock Scenic Byway

Take a drive with us as we see snow in Sedona along the Red Rock Scenic Byway.  This video was taken in February 2024 after a storm dumped 3-4 inches of snow.  We begin our journey on State Route 179 in the Village of Oak Creek and head into Sedona until we reach State Route 89A.

Although we are in the Arizona desert, it does snow in Sedona. The days leading up to this snowfall, other cities in Northern Arizona including Flagstaff had received about 2 feet of snow. Sedona snow melts off quickly.  The roads were clear by mid-morning.  It is beautiful while it lasts.
