Esk, Queensland

Esk is a town in the Somerset Region in South East Queensland, Australia. Esk is approximately 64 Km northwest of Ipswich on the Brisbane Valley Highway. It was named after the River Esk in Scotland and England. It is the administrative centre of the Somerset Region.

We stayed in Esk for around a week caravaning at the local Esk caravan park The park was well kept, the staff friendly, and helpful.  

The dam in the video is Somerset Dam located on Lake Somerset which is a twenty-minute drive from Esk.
