Dalgona coffee is a beverage made by whipping equal parts instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Occasionally, it is topped with coffee powder, cocoa, crumbled biscuits , or honey, dalgona coffee has two distinct layers made from whipped coffee cream sitting on top of iced milk.
Ingredients

2 tsp Instant Coffee
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp of hot water
3/4th cup of Chilled Milk
3/4th cup of Hot Milk
for Garnish Pinch of Coffee Powder
