GOLDEN VALLEY:  A State Trooper had a male flee on foot from a traffic stop at Highway 100 and Glenwood Avenue a short time ago. The male was taken into custody after leading officers on a short foot pursuit and jumping a fence. EMS was started when the suspect was said to be passing out after being taken into custody.
